About the Retreat
Property details
Most founder retreats are either all networking or all vacation. This one is neither. It's a week where you wake up somewhere beautiful, spend real hours on your thing, and eat breakfast with nine other people who are doing the same.
We're renting a private cabin in El Testerazo, ten minutes from Valle de Guadalupe — Baja's wine country. The house has a pool, a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and enough space for everyone to have a quiet corner to work.
Live
Catered breakfast. Surfing lessons. 2 Jeep wranglers for beach side picnics and drives. Scuba dives (for certified divers). Morning runs & workouts.
Work
Hi-speed wifi. Dedicated quiet hours and focus spaces. Outlets, tons of them.

Ethic and integrity reveal great founders and inventors in the long run. The only way to assess these qualities is to work alongside people. The best way to build these characteristics is to hone your craft, learn something new, and teach someone else. The weekly sessions are the perfect environment to make progress on your side project, artistic craft, or VC-backed venture.
Monthly dinners. For a mix of new and old members. Even founders need food.
